Our products are designed for regular use, under regular conditions. We can not take any responsibility for any damages done whatsoever, due to misuse or mishandling under any circumstances for which the items were not designed.
Our ЯGen™ fabrics are powerful but delicate and should be handled with care to preserve the efficiency of the Silver coating – Launder all garments according to the washing instructions label on the garment.
Please note that ЯGen™ products are made using real Silver metal. People who are allergic to Silver should not use ЯGen™ products to avoid an allergic reaction. Alphyn Industries Inc. can not be held responsible in any way for any allergic reaction or other medical conditions caused as a result of using ЯGen™ products.
Be responsible when wearing and cleaning your Wearcom™ garments. The garments are not completely water proof, you should never allow for you electronic devices to get wet. Remove the electronic devices from the garments before washing or in severe wet conditions. We have taken many precautions to protect your electronic devices from water and moisture, but complete water resistance is not guaranteed. Similarly, please do not leave your electronic devices in the sun for an extended period of time inside your Wearcom™ garment to avoid overheating.
Installing your device into the custom Wearcom™ pockets should also be done with care. Please be sure that the devices are securely encased in the device holder. Alphyn Industries Inc. can not be held responsible in any way, if an electronic device is dropped or damaged in any way while wearing our garments. We can only guarantee the quality of our own products, and can not take responsibility in any way for damages done to any product used with our garments.
