PLEASE NOTE: ALPHYN INDUSTRIES does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before sending anything to us via mail. There are no exceptions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase with the accompaniment of the original sales receipt and packing slip. When you make a purchase online, each package is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information. If you happen to not be happy with your online purchase, follow the directions detailed below in order to insure that your payment is properly credited back to your account or your exchange is executed to your liking.
If you would like other items in exchange for your original purchase, please specify which replacement items you would like on the packing slip when you ship your returned item. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
Please send the item back to us at the address below and make sure to enclose your packing slip. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
